Seeing as how a previous board up and went missing one day without notice, we feel it is best that a few guidelines are mentioned to one and all now....
We ask that our members please keep profanity to a minimum. While we do have a censored word filter in play upon the board, it may in fact be possible for a few choice words to slip through and into a post.
We ask that you first moderate yourselves, fudge the word (filter) prior to posting. IE: ex*mple
Or better yet, use alternative words to express yourself, those which will most likely not be found to be offensive by more sensitive members.
Go Farscape -
Those yotzes!
What are you frelling talking about?
We're frelled.
OR
Johnny Dangerously it - farging icehole!
We must hold our members accountable in our efforts to maintain compliance with the Proboards TOS (Terms of Service) *:
B. User's web site may not contain content promoting the use of illegal drugs, alcohol, sex, pornography, nudity, or any other form of adult content, profanity, hate, "spam," fraud, racism, mlm, pyramid schemes, or promote any illegal activity.
* Complete TOS can be viewed at the link above. Please familiarize yourself with the guidelines.
Failure by a member to adhere to the above TOS guidelines may result in a board administrator or moderator editing and/or deleting a particularly offensive or otherwise direct violation to the TOS guidelines.
Notice may be given prior to staff moderation and your willingness to correct a TOS violation in a timely manner would be most appreciated; however failure to comply in a reasonable time period, or blatant violations which are excessively offensive may require immediate action. Notice will be given in regards to any moderation deemed necessary by board staff.
Repeated violators and those members who continue to post blatant violations to the Proboard TOS may face member account deactivation or banning.
Why so touchy? Failure to comply with the Proboard TOS is grounds for account (this board's) deletion without notice. And none of us want to see that occur.
Any questions should be directed to a board administrator; we would be happy to assist you in any way that we can.
Your friendly Admin consists of gingersmack and megan at this time.
